About Me

My Journey

From HR Management to HR Analytics, I’m currently pursuing my BBA in Human Resource Management at Quantum University, Roorkee, where I’m building a strong foundation in HR, organizational behavior, recruitment, and people management.

Alongside academics, I’ve developed my interest in data and analytics, particularly through tools like MS Excel and Power BI. My goal is to combine HR knowledge with data-driven thinking to understand people better and support smarter workplace decisions.

Experience & Education

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management at Quantum University, Roorkee. My academic and professional journey combines HR Management, Data Analytics, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Business Analysis.

Also gained practical exposure through an 8-week HR Management internship at InternPe, where I developed my understanding of HR practices and workplace processes. Alongside my HR education, I have built skills in MS Excel, Power BI, and data-driven decision-making, with the goal of developing a career in HR Analytics.

Community & Leadership

I actively participate in academic and collaborative activities, where I enjoy working with people, sharing ideas, and taking responsibility for team tasks.

Through group projects and college activities, I have developed my communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I aim to use these skills to create a positive and supportive environment while continuously learning from others.
